Terms of use
Last updated September 2026.
1. Who we are
Kella is provided by The Lymph Clinic Ltd (Company No. 16230220), Red House Farm, Red House Lane, Altrincham WA14 5RL. Contact: support@kellahealth.co.uk.
2. What Kella is
Kella is a wellbeing-tracking companion for people under the care of a participating clinic. It records the information you choose to enter, and data you choose to connect from a wearable, and shows it to you and, with your consent, to your clinical team. It supports the care you receive; it does not replace it.
3. Not medical advice, not an emergency service
Trends, Impact and any patterns Kella shows are for information and discussion with your practitioner. They are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or medical advice, and Kella is not monitored around the clock. If you feel unwell contact your GP or call 111; in an emergency call 999.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or over, or using Kella with the agreement of your clinic and a parent or guardian.
5. Your data
How we look after your information is set out in our Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. You can export or delete your data, or disconnect a wearable, at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Please use Kella only for your own care, enter information honestly, and do not try to access other people’s data or interfere with the service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Kella available but cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we may update features or these terms; we will tell you about significant changes in the app or by email. Kella is currently provided free of charge; if that changes we will give you clear notice first.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information shown in Kella without the involvement of your clinical team.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Kella and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being misused.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
