Support & FAQ →Add Kella to your home screen
Kella runs in your phone's browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store. Adding it to your home screen makes it open like any other app, full screen, straight to your check-in.
- Open Kella in Safari and sign in.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. Kella now sits with your other apps.
- Open Kella in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap the three dots in the top corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app).
- Tap Add. Kella now sits with your other apps.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and a reset link is sent to your email address. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder, then email support@kellahealth.co.uk.
Kella is offered to patients by their clinic. Ask your practitioner at your next appointment, or email us and we will point you to the right person.
Kella is a wellbeing tracking tool for use alongside supervised care. It is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you feel unwell, contact your GP or call 111; in an emergency call 999.
