Who needs a look, first
Every patient assigned to a practitioner, with the ones who need attention lifted to the top: swelling rising against their own 7-day average, sleep consistently below their usual, or a patient who has gone quiet. Open anyone to see their full picture — check-ins, treatments, routine, device trends and notes.
Practitioners set each patient's self-care routine from the same screen, and it appears in the patient's app the next morning.
Built inside a working clinic, for supervised care
Appointments start with the story
No more "how have you been?" reconstructed from memory. The last month is on screen before the patient sits down.
Treatments with evidence behind them
Impact shows each patient what their drainage, HBOT, sauna or red light sessions seem to do for their sleep, HRV and swelling — against their own baseline.
Blood results, released properly
Upload results as a draft, review them, then release to the patient. They read them in Kella alongside their daily picture, and bring questions to you.
Consent and privacy built in
Patients record consent for their clinical team to view their data, timestamped on their profile. Data is hosted in the EU and never sold or shared.
Nothing to install
Kella runs in the browser on any device. Patients add it to their home screen; your team uses it at the desk or on a tablet.
Your name on the door
Kella is currently offered under the Kella name. A version carrying your clinic's own branding is on the roadmap — tell us if that matters to you.

A conversation
We talk through what your clinic does, how you supervise care today, and whether Kella fits. If it does not, we will say so.
Your team set up
Practitioner accounts created, your treatment list matched to the activities patients can log, and a short walkthrough of the clinic view.
Patients invited
You invite patients after their appointment. They sign in, do their first check-in and, if they wish, connect a wearable.
