About

Made in a clinic, for the days between visits

Kella began with a simple frustration: a practitioner sees a patient for an hour, then nothing for a fortnight. Everything that matters to recovery happens in that gap.

The story

Why Kella exists

Kella was created by Sasha Kellali, founder and director of The Lymph Clinic in Altrincham, Cheshire, after more than twenty years in lymphatic therapy and education. The pattern was always the same: patients would describe their week from memory, and the details that mattered — the night of poor sleep after a long drive, the swelling that eased for two days after drainage — were lost.

Wearables already captured half of that picture. What was missing was the other half — how a person actually felt, and what they did — and a way for the clinician to see both without the patient having to write an essay. Kella is that: five sliders, a few taps, and a shared view.

Kella is built and run by The Lymph Clinic Ltd, and used daily with its own patients. It is being offered to other clinics who supervise care in the same way.

Principles

Three things Kella will always be

Calm

No streaks, no badges, no red numbers. A check-in takes thirty seconds and asks how you feel, not how you performed.

Supervised

Kella does not diagnose or advise. It gives you and a clinician who knows you the same picture, and leaves the interpreting to that relationship.

Yours

Your data is yours. You consent to who sees it, you can withdraw that consent, and it is never sold or shared beyond your clinical team.
